By accessing and using the DayZ Premium Shop ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

DayZ Premium Shop provides subscription-based access to in-game items, perks, and benefits for DayZ console servers (Xbox and PlayStation). The Service includes:

• Monthly subscription tiers with various in-game items
• One-time purchases for specific items or perks
• Priority queue access and other server benefits
• In-game item delivery within 24 hours of purchase

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid Discord account for authentication
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• Payment is processed immediately upon subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.2 Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months of service

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for the remaining period after cancellation
• Access to benefits continues until the end of the paid period

5. Item Delivery

We strive to deliver all purchased items within 24 hours of payment confirmation. However:

• Delivery times may vary based on server availability
• You must be online on the specified server to receive items
• Items are delivered manually by administrators
• Delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods
• We are not responsible for items lost due to game mechanics

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Within 7 days: Full refund if items were not delivered
• After delivery: No refunds for delivered items
• Duplicate charges: Refunded immediately
• Service issues: Partial refunds may be offered
• Account bans: No refunds for violations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Remove access without prior notice for serious violations
• Ban users who abuse the Service or chargebacks

Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining subscription time without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Items lost due to DayZ game mechanics or bugs
• Server downtime or maintenance
• Changes to DayZ game that affect items
• Third-party service disruptions (Stripe, Discord, etc.)
• Lost progress or characters in the game
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Game Rules and Server Bans

Purchase of items does not exempt you from server rules:

• You must follow all DayZ server rules
• Server bans result in loss of all benefits
• No refunds for bans due to rule violations
• Items may be removed if obtained through rule violations

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is owned by or licensed to DayZ Premium Shop:

• Website design, text, graphics, and code
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Documentation and guides

DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Material changes will be notified via email or service notice
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• You may cancel if you disagree with changes

14. Dispute Resolution
